• Contact / enquiry form: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
• Grievance form: the content of your report and, only if you choose to provide them, your name, email address and phone number. This form can be submitted without contact details if you wish to remain anonymous.

The website itself does not use cookies to track you. If web analytics are enabled in future, we will use a cookie-free analytics tool that does not identify individual visitors.

How we use your data

We use the personal data you submit only to:

• respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about your request;
• receive, review and act on grievances or concerns raised through the grievance channel;
• keep records of enquiries and reports for legitimate business and compliance purposes.
