SNS Manpower Group Sdn Bhd is a foreign workforce partner based in Perai, Penang. We help manufacturing, semiconductor and logistics employers, along with construction, plantation and F&B operations, build and manage a compliant foreign workforce, from recruitment through to housing, transport, payroll and permits.
Who we are
A single partner for foreign workforce management in Penang
Employing foreign workers in Malaysia touches many moving parts: recruitment, immigration documentation, medical screening, accommodation, transport and payroll. Handled separately, each one is a point of risk. SNS Manpower brings them together into one managed operation, run from our base in Bandar Perai Jaya at the heart of Penang's industrial corridor.
Our tagline, Your Workforce, Our Responsibility, is how we work. We take ownership of the operational and compliance load that comes with a foreign workforce, so our clients can focus on production. In practice that means documented processes, official channels, and a genuine duty of care toward the workers in our management.
Our home ground is the Penang industrial corridor, where manufacturing, semiconductor and logistics employers define the economy, and we extend the same managed workforce to construction, plantation and F&B operations across Malaysia.
